Optimum Design of Curve Roof Frames by SSOA and Comparison with TLBO, ECBO, and WSA,In this chapter, the discrete optimum design of two types of portal frames, including planar steel Curved Roof Frame (CRF) structures and Pitched Roof Frame (PRF) structures with tapered I-section members are presented, which is investigated by Kaveh et al. (Kaveh et al. in Periodica Polytechnica Civil Engineering .(4):1092–1113, 2021).
