Kommentar Zur Pathogenese des Gastroduodenalulcuse Proteolyse. Die gesunde Magenschleimhaut ist gegen Selbstverdauung geschützt. Daher wurde der Wegfall von im Magen gelegenen oder extragastraler Schutzmechanismen (Speichel, Mundschleim etc.) als Ursache der Geschwürsbildung angeschuldigt. Der Nachweis konnte aber nicht in genügender Breite geliefert werden.
