Lichtstreuung an LiGaO2Low temperature Raman spectra of LiGaO. are reported between 6 K and 300 K. Below 80 K additional lines have been observed indicating a phase transition at approximately 85 K. However, the new lines could also be explained by the freezing of some degrees of freedom of local modes.

Holographische Speicherung in Elektrooptischen KristallenLight-induced change of the refraction index in electrooptic crystals allows storage of volume phase holograms.
