Knockdown of Nuclear lncRNAs by Locked Nucleic Acid (LNA) Gapmers in Nephron Progenitor Cells,utes evenly in both nucleus and cytoplasm and is expected to knock down lncRNAs of interest more consistently regardless of their localization in the cell. In this chapter, we describe the procedure with tips to silence lncRNAs by LNA gapmers, by using mouse nephron progenitor cells as an example.
