Accumulated Ecological Problems in New Independent Countries of Central Asia After 1991,the list of AEP such problems as acid rain, desertification, drought, deforestation, climate change, etc. Each of these problems is a result of a long accumulative process which can’t be identified by the people at once.

Historical Interaction of Desert and Society,Roughly 50, 000 years ago man had practically populated the whole territory of Central Asia. Archeologists named this period as a “Mustier Time”. It was a primitive culture of hunters (Okladnikov, 1966).

Development of Domain Model Based on SUMO Ontology,standings between business analysts and domain experts. The paper presents an approach to business model development on the base of SUMO ontologies. The approach is explained with the use of simple, but real example. The results are promising. Domain models, created using this approach, could be perceived as valuable input for further development.
