Comparing Honorificity Agreement in Maithili and Bangla, by the c(ontext) head in the discourse domain, which encodes the status feature. With this understanding of the honorificity feature, cross-linguistic differences between two Eastern Indo-Aryan languages—Maithili and Bangla—are explained as per the Borer–Chomsky Conjecture.
