Comparison of Ultrasonography, Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging in the Diagnosis oumors was investigated. This study is based on sixty orbital tumors which were verified by histopathology. CT and MRI were superior in detecting tumors (100 percent), as compared to ultrasonography (91.7 percent). Internal structure of tumors is more optimally presented by ultrasonography.
