Analysis of Endogenous Protein Interactions of Polycomb Group of Proteins in Mouse Embryonic Stem Cellsd recruitment mechanism of PRC1 complexes. In this chapter we describe several methods to study Polycomb architecture, and identification of novel interactors in both pluripotent and differentiating mouse embryonic stem cells.
