Software Effort Prediction Using Fuzzy Clustering and Functional Link Artificial Neural Networks, real time datasets. The Chebyshev polynomial has been used as choice of expansion to exhaustively study the performance. The simulation results show that it not only deals efficiently with noisy data but also proves to be a champion in producing promising results.

Investigation of Mutation Schemes in Real-Parameter Genetic Algorithms,on four different problems used in this study. Moreover, parametric studies on the polynomial mutation operator identify a working range of values of these parameters. This study signifies that the long-suggested mutation clock operator should be considered as a valuable mutation operator for RGAs.

Kernel Group Method of Data Handling: Application to Regression Problems,al experiments are conducted on five benchmark regression datasets to assess the effectiveness of the proposed technique. The results and a statistical t-test conducted thereof indicate that the proposed KGMDH yields more accurate results than the standalone GMDH in most datasets. This is the significant outcome of the study.
