Algorithms of Late Effects by Disease,from the algorithms regarding standard tumor therapies, common late effects, and methods of detection. Since the algorithms are relatively inclusive, not all patients will have received all therapies. Availability of the treatment record can assist in determining potential risk and streamlining scre
