Chunlin Hou,Shimin Chang,Jian Lin,Dajiang Songaber auch leistungsstarke Kinder sollen ihrem Können entsprechend individuell gefördert werden. Im neuen Schulgesetz von Nordrhein-Westfalen wurde gar das Recht auf individuelle Förderung mit dem Recht auf Bildung und dem Recht auf Erziehung gleichsetzt.
