Entrapment of glucose oxidase into the cubic Q230 and Q224 phases of aqueous monooleinf aqueous monoolein (MO, 86 wt% monooleoylglycerol). At 25 °C, a partial phase diagram of the MO/GOD/H.O system indicated that the Q. phase can accommodate only up to 0.5 wt% of the commercial GOD preparation. At higher GOD contents, this cubic phase transforms into a reversed hexagonal phase (H.).

DNA-surfactant complexes in a water/alcohol mixtures of UV and IR spectroscopy and flame photometry the stoichiometric polyelectrolyte—surfactant complexes were characterized. The data of high-rate sedimentation and UV spectroscopy show that nonstoichiometric soluble complexes can be formed in the presence of 40% (v/v) water/2-propanol.
