Protein Serine/Threonine Phosphatases-1 and -2A in Lens Development and Pathogenesisular lens, they are highly expressed and play important roles in both development and pathogenesis. Corneal Degenerationsy, drug-induced keratopathy, and pigment deposition forms. Some of them might induce severe visual impairment while the others are rather innocuous. The correct diagnosis and follow up are mandatory for the appropriate therapy and visual function restoration and maintenance.
