Conclusion,s is still challenging. In this dissertation, I focused on the generation of fully reprogrammed iPS cells, the quality control of iPSC induction, and the standards to assess the quality of iPS cells. In addition, I want to apply the findings in mice to the primate pluripotent stem cells to facilitate the application of pluripotent stem cells.
