Electro-optic Sampling of High-Speed, InP-Based Integrated Circuitsulator-semiconductor FET (MISFET) inverter circuit have been measured. Propagation delays as short as 15 ps have been observed in a single inverter stage. This work extends to InP-based circuits previously developed techniques for non-invasive sampling using the electro-optic effect in GaAs.
