Results on Strategy Cascading, Context, and Leadership Style,nce are assessed. Second, three company types are defined in terms of their strategy cascading and improvement performance and are then analyzed with regard to leadership style. Finally, a description is given of the improvement spiral patterns that emerged from the respective companies’ system dynamics diagrams.
