Strategische Wertschöpfungspartnerschaften in der Assekuranz — ausgesuchte rechtliche und steuerlichrktteilnehmer zusammen, damit die Summe der Wertschöpfung größer sein möge als der je einzelne Beitrag des Partners. Wenn dies so ist, kann der solchermaßen erzielte Mehrwert, sofern nicht andere Marktteilnehmer von ihm profitieren, unter den Partnern aufgeteilt werden. Dies ist der ökonomische Anreiz der Wertschöpfungspartnerschaft.
