Improving User Experience: A Methodology Proposal for Web Usability Measurement,sting methodologies have been improved upon as the subjective elements of the evaluation process have been considerably reduced. The proposed improvements hold two main advantages: firstly, its use is less sensitive to a change of evaluator, thus offering greater robustness; secondly, expert evaluators are not necessary for its application.
