Practical Exponential Stabilization for Semi-Linear Systems in Hilbert Spaces,ufficient conditions for stabilizability are established by solving a standard Lyapunov equation. We propose some classes of memoryless state linear and nonlinear feedback controllers. Numerical examples are given to validate the proposed theoretical results.

,Stability and Observability Analysis of Uncertain Neutral Time-Delay Systems,, the study of stability and observability in an open-loop is proposed using the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. Then, by resolving linear matrix inequalities (LMI) and taking into account optimization theory, new requirements of stability and observability are obtained, In order to support theory development, simulation results will be provided.
