Motion of a Geo-Centric Synchronous Satellitelate Earth (including the earth’s equatorial ellipticity) and the Moon have been studied. The orbital inclination angle is found to contain a secular term which is due to the earth’s equatorial ellipticity. The orbital regression period, the drift rate and the ground trace for different orbits have been found.
