Axisymmetric Systems, the matrix equation for general integrable systems, and apply it to axisymmetric systems. The apparatus, however, is ready for extension to triaxial Stäckel systems. We shall keep our discussion independent of any specific models, although models of self-consistent axisymmetric Stäckel systems have been built .
