Einleitung,e, proto-technologische Fortschritt zustandekommt, findet dabei kaum Beachtung. So klar wie die Antwort darauf ausfällt — „aus der Wissenschaft“ — so unklar und diffus ist sie doch gleichzeitig; wird doch mit „Wissenschaft“ auch „Wertfreiheit“ und eine gewisse gesellschaftliche „Interessenlosigkeit“ verbunden.
