Electron-phonon interaction and Boltzmann equation in narrow-band semiconductors, electron Green‘s function and of the transport vertex function, a Boltzmann equation is derived, which includes one-phonon and simultaneous two-phonon scattering. The general results are applied to a one-dimensional model of a narrow-band system.
