Gluons, Spin and Flavour in the , (Low Energy Proton),This talk discusses the r.le of gluons in the proton at low energies. Spin dependent effects, magnetic moments and the possible excitation of hybrid (gluonic) baryons are considered. The relation between a low energy electron program (such as at CEBAF) and deep inelastic polarisation is examined.
