Generic Scales of Weak MixingTraditional generic ergodic properties of sets of measure preserving automorphisms on Lebesgue spaces with continuous measures are presented (in the weak topology). Next, by considering extreme scales of variations of the weak-mixing property, it is shown that the generic dynamical behavior depends on subsequences of time going to infinity.
