A Framework for Place-Based Survey Implementationital tools can streamline much of the process. These tools not only allow for faster analysis but enable new questions to be addressed. This paper suggests that such a framework use (1) libre software, (2) web mapping, and (3) “on-the-fly” analysis in order to effectively capitalize on available tools and maximize societal benefit.
