Wachstumimmer nur zweitrangig sein. Natürlich ist es nicht zu leugnen, dass fast alle Fusionen Gelegenheiten bieten, erhebliche Summen einzusparen. Aber der eigentliche Beweggrund, eine Fusion anzustoßen und sie dann auch zu realisieren, sollte ein anderer sein: Wachstum.
