Introduction: Planting Seeds,erience I did. Now we as Americans have a greater appreciation of food and its sources as well as the wide ethnic diversity available in the supermarkets. But at the same time we do less cooking ourselves. It is as if what we know and love about food has been replaced by watching it on TV.
