TTCN-3 Language Characteristics in Producing Reusable Test Softwarein conformance testing of telecommunication protocols the reusability potential of TTCN-3 code is high. The more advanced reusability features that are required for object-oriented programming are not currently supported in TTCN-3.

Reusable Web Services services and stateful messages, is investigated. A notation for describing the flow of documents in such a system is introduced. This is shown to be effective at describing the behaviour of components, a necessary part of designing reusable components, especially those that participate in long-running, asynchronous interactions.

Attribute Ranking: An Entropy-Based Approach to Accelerating Browsing-Based Component Retrievalcoming this drawback. The basic idea of our approach is to rank the attributes using the information entropy theory. According to our experimental results on real data, our approach can effectively reduce the length of the retrieval sequence. In other words, this approach is helpful in accelerating the process of browsing-based retrieval.
