Effect of Spleen Deficiency Syndrome on the Expression of TLR2 and TLR4 in Rats,ejunum were significantly decreased (P < 0. 01), but TLR4 in ileum was increased (P < 0. 01). In conclusion, these results indicated that SDS induced damage in jejunum, which resulted in the down-regulation of the expression of TLR2 and TLR4.
