Leren van ROM,aan de slag te gaan met uitkomsten. Maar dan heb je wel informatie waar je cliënt wat aan heeft, namelijk prognoses en verwachtingen over het beloop van het te verwachten hersteltraject. Dit vergelijken van gegevens tussen organisaties of tussen teams heet benchmarken.
