Procedural Model for the Virtual Commissioning on the Basis of Model-Based Design,ombined with the model-based design which makes it possible to create a procedural model. The presented approach assists the developer in order to save time during the actual commissioning and thus reduce costs. The presented approach is validated on an application example.

A Structured Approach for Function Based Decomposition of Complex Multi-disciplinary Systems,current practice in industry. A generic case study is used to introduce the approach and to highlight the salient features, followed by an illustration on its application to the analysis of an electric vehicle powertrain.
