Application of Bat Optimization Algorithm for Power System Loss Reduction Using DSSSC,sitting and sizing are determined by bat algorithm. Testing of the pro-posed work is done on the IEEE 69-bus which is standard system of radial bus distribution. The results obtained shows that the placement of optimal point of DSSSC with its sizing has reduced the power losses of the total radial distribution network system.
