The Changing Character of the Public Inquiry,th the rise of the ‘big’ inquiry. We identify four central, interrelated, but mutually discrete elements of the major public inquiry, and suggest that while the Sizewell B Inquiry displayed all of these in varying degrees, its most notable feature was a tendency towards an . style.
