Wie schaffen wir Sicherheit?,Die Verantwortung für die Sicherheit liegt nicht nur beim Staat, sondern zunächst auch beim einzelnen, der sich schützen kann und muss. Privatwirtschaftliche Akteure wirken ebenfalls an der Sicherheitsarbeit mit. Deutlich wird, dass sich die Sicherheitsarchitektur wandelt und die Formen der Sicherheitsarbeit besser verzahnt werden müssen.
