Hyper-Cyclotomic Algebrarformed on the cyclotomic algebra in a field. The resulting algebraic structure is called .. It is shown that there exist distributive laws which connect these new operators to the ordinary operations of a field. Constant Sum Implies Statistical Independence of Chaotic Sequencesnd identically distributed binary random variables which consists of two simple symmetric poperties: the . and ..
