Vacuum Gauge from Ultrathin MoS2 Transistor,t the threshold voltage increases for growing pressure. Hence, we propose the transistors as air pressure sensors, showing that they are suitable as low-power vacuum gauges. Concept of MEMS Vibrating Membrane as Particulate Matter (PM) Sensor, work was to select humidity concentration as one of the most influencing factors on vibrating characteristic of the circular clamped membrane.
