,Europäisches Bauvertragsrecht: Position der Bundesregierung,mt noch gar beschlossen zu sein. Sie sind wohl als Versuch zu betrachten, vorhandenes Gedankengut der zuständigen Generaldirektion zu ordnen und zu hinterfragen. Jedenfalls sollen und müssen sie im Zusammenhang mit dem Richtlinien-Vorschlag für eine allgemeine Dienstleistungshaftung gesehen werden.
