After-Crisis Scenarios for the European RegionsThe main goal of this paper is to build after-the-crisis scenarios for European regions, using both qualitative reflections and a “quantitative foresight” methodology created by the authors (Capello et al. 2008), and referring in particular to globalization processes, role of emerging economies, energy trends and new roles of rural areas.
