Pharmacological Alterations of Peritoneal Transport Rates and Pharmacokinetics in Peritoneal Dialysokinetics will be briefly reviewed as a starting point to elaborate further on general pharmacokinetic principles in patients with decreased renal function and in patients on PD. Tables with data and guidelines for prescription of specific drugs will be presented. An update on the most recent pharmacokinetic studies in PD will be provided.
