Centralisation of Pathology Laboratorieslevel of service is based on correct assumptions is not considered. An investigatory service must be firmly based on real need and must not occur because Pathology has just grown like Topsy. 77e have never questioned by experiment, the sort of service we are at present providing or indeed should provide.
