Nanoscale Characterization of Resistive Switching Using Advanced Conductive Atomic Force Microscopyctric to observe the shape of the filament in three dimensions. The genuine combination of electrical and mechanical stresses via CAFM tip can lead to additional setups, such as pressure-modulated conductance microscopy.
