Organisational and Cross-Cultural Issues: Learning from Research Approachesis beginning to catch up with the scale of the phenomenon, but has far to go. As such, the contributors to this book are at the forefront of an emerging and very significant field. Insofar as shadow education mimics regular schooling, it may be argued that approaches to research should also mimic.
