The effects of type 1 diabetes mellitus and of tobacco smoke on dissipation of catecholamines in pulette smoke (daily for 3 months), NA uptake in the lungs was increased, but there was no change in the activity of either COMT or MAO. The results suggest that increased pulmonary clearance may reduce the elevated plasma catecholamine levels that have been described both in patients with Type 1 diabetes mellitus and in cigarette smokers.Restenosis 发表于 2025-3-27 02:02:43

Clinical aspects on presynaptic noradrenaline metabolism essential hypertensives we found higher than normal plasma DOPEG levels at any given plasma NA. Evidence is provided that both the desipramine-sensitive and -resistant pool of plasma DOPEG contribute to this hypertensive-normotensive difference.FLOAT 发表于 2025-3-28 02:36:54

Stimulation of noradrenaline release in the cerebral cortex via presynaptic N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMrespectively, as well as by ethanol, but was not affected by tetrodotoxin. The .H-NA release evoked by L-glutamate was also competitively inhibited by CGP 37849. In conclusion, presynaptic NMDA receptors mediate stimulation of NA release. Ethanol probably acts at this receptor system.
