Purchase Contract,In Germany, real estate purchase contracts require notarisation (..) to be effective. According to Sect. 311b (1) BGB, the entire purchase contract has to be notarised. In principle, a later modification or addition must be notarised as must conditional purchase contracts and provisional purchase contracts.
