On the Dynamical Interpretation for the Collapse of State During Quantum Measurementasurements the apparatus should be in a strongly quasi-classical state. Of course, certain mathematical difficulties should be overcome for actual con-structing the dynamical interpretation. The main difficulty is the necessity of averaging of the joint probability density with respect to some apparatus or interaction variables.

Quantum Phase Measurement attempt to distinguish between quantum effect and measurement itself. In realistic quantum phase measurement, the phase statistics should be estimated using counted discrete data. Possible interferometric measurements of phase-so called operationally defined quantum phase models-are included as special realizations of presented theory.

On the Problem of Universality of Quantum Theoryalisation of the Weinberg’s one) describing different evolutions for Genuine and Elementary mixtures is presented. “Relative isolation” of quantal systems is defined in this connection. NLQM contains QM, classical mechanics, and some “quasiclassical” theories as its exact subtheories.
