Cos-Seq: A High-Throughput Gain-of-Function Screen for Drug Resistance Studies in ,edure, from library construction to drug selection, cosmid extraction, and next-generation sequencing of extracted cosmids. A section on the bioinformatics of Cos-Seq is also included.
