A Discrete Differential Evolution Algorithm for Solving the Weighted Ring Arc Loading Problemce. This paper suggests an efficient load balancing algorithm - Discrete Differential Evolution. We compare our results with the ones obtained by the Genetic Algorithm, the Differential Evolution, the Tabu Search and the Particle Swarm Optimisation, used in literature.
