Recent Progress in Unifying the Time- and Frequency-Domain Methods, now be understood and derived with a common procedure. The significance of such unification is that new grid-based numerical methods, particularly effective and efficient for specific structures, can now be developed with the MoM procedure using new expansion and testing functions.
