Implementation of divide-and-conquer algorithms on multiprocessors,facilities. For the parallel implementation of algorithms with a divide-and-conquer structure two methods are discussed. The goal was to find an implementation strategy which is independent of the available shared memory multiprocessor system and additionally independent of the number of processors which can be used to find the problem‘s solution.

Flowshop and TSP,e will discuss the flowshop polynomial reduction to the asymmetric TSP (i.e. to Directed Hamiltonian Circuit, or DHC); then, we will investigate the equivalence between the DHC and the open symmetric TSP (or UnDirected Hamiltonian Path, UDHP). Finally, we will describe limits of the proposed approach and possible developments.

On parallel consciousness, door is open and that there is no trap..This paper is intended to contribute a little bit to recognize the box. Our understanding of parallelity — especially our inability to hold contradicting mental structures in our minds — seems to be a key to that.
